This website
funpro.dk has no cookies, advertising tools, analytics or tracking, and no forms. Our website host, Vercel, receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and the page your browser requests, so it can deliver and secure the pages. We use this only to run and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
When you email us
If you email us, we process your email address, name if you give it, and the content of your message to answer you and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), or taking steps for a contract you ask about (Article 6(1)(b)), or meeting a legal obligation such as answering a rights request (Article 6(1)(c)).
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example for bookkeeping.
Who else processes data
Vercel hosts this website on a global network. It processes connection and security data in the United States and other countries and acts as controller for its own service-generated data. Its privacy notice explains that processing and its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification.
Microsoft 365 handles our email. Microsoft's standard data protection terms cover transfers outside the EU and EEA with standard contractual clauses and describe its Data Privacy Framework certification.
We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only where the law requires it or where it is needed for a legal claim.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, and for correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and ask for data portability where it applies. Email support@funpro.dk and we will answer within one month.
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, or to the authority in the EU or EEA country where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
